Refund Policy

Summary
PartyNestPlan sells instantly delivered digital content. All sales are final. By completing checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal under EU law. This policy explains the narrow exceptions where a refund may be granted.
1. Why Sales Are Final
Each party plan is generated on demand, specifically for the inputs you provide. Once the AI generates your plan and the PDF is made available for download, we have fully performed the Service and the content cannot be "returned." This model is standard for on-demand digital goods.
2. EU Consumers — Waiver of Withdrawal Right
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, Article 16(m) of the Directive allows this right to be waived for digital content delivered without a physical medium, provided:
- You expressly consent to immediate performance, and
- You acknowledge that consenting causes you to lose the right of withdrawal.
You confirm both points by checking the acknowledgement box at checkout before payment. Without that acknowledgement, your purchase cannot be completed. This is standard practice for instantly delivered digital services and is fully compliant with EU consumer protection law.
3. When We Will Refund
We issue refunds in the following specific cases:
a) Non-delivery due to technical failure. If your payment was successful but you did not receive a downloadable PDF (e.g., generation error, server outage) and we cannot redeliver within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
b) Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical error, duplicate charges will be refunded.
c) Unauthorized transaction. If you did not authorize the purchase and can demonstrate this (e.g., card was used without your permission), contact us and your card issuer. We cooperate fully with fraud investigations.
4. When We Will Not Refund
We do not issue refunds for, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after the plan has been generated or the PDF downloaded
- The party being cancelled, postponed, or ending differently than expected
- Dissatisfaction with the creative direction, specific activities suggested, or writing style of the plan (AI-generated content is inherently variable; previews are provided before purchase so you know what to expect)
- Failure to read this Refund Policy or the Terms of Service before purchasing
- Failure to check spam/junk folder for the delivery email
- Requesting a refund after more than 30 days from purchase
5. Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Section 3, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, in a case covered by this policy, may result in suspension of your access to the Service and ineligibility for future purchases. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that do not qualify under this policy, providing Stripe and your bank with the full transaction record, this policy, and your checkout acknowledgement.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email info@partynestplan.com within 30 days of purchase, with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your Stripe receipt number (in the email you received)
- A clear description of the issue and which exception under Section 3 you believe applies
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
